Yes, call domestic voice call minutes are included in your subscription. These include land line and mobile calls to USA, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand. Premium rate or special service numbers are not included. Contact us for competitive call rates to other destinations.
No, WhatsApp fees charged by Meta are not included in the subscription. You get 1000 service conversations free and additional conversations are will be charged based on prevailing Meta conversation rates. Additionally, TalkHub charges $0.006/outbound message beyond the included outbound message quota, inbound messages are free.
Yes, TalkHub can be used for only a single channel on any plan at the same subscription cost. If you have other requirements contact us and we will be happy to work with you on a custom solution.
A Monthly Active Contact is any contact you have interacted with through any channel over the calendar month. This includes sending or receiving a message, or making or received calls to the contact. Monthly Active Contacts scales and grows along with your success ensuring that you only pay for active interactions.
If you exceed your Monthly Active Contact limit you will be billed for any additional contacts in increments of 100 Monthly Active Contacts. You will be charged $5 per 100 Monthly Active Contacts. If you require a permanent increase, please contact us for a more cost effective solution.
In order for TalkHub to provide an integrated voice and chat experience, a new number is needed. We will help obtain a new phone number that can be used for both WhatsApp and voice calls.
